Job Purpose :

Organize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework internal supplier material and customer's complaints, Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and identify manufacturing problems or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and outgoing product quality, recommends solutions.
- Audit to ensure that quality controls are maintained.
- Study quality capability of machines and processes and furnish results to design and manufacturing planning.
- Prepare inspection instructions corresponding to process and product specifications.
- Involve and support NPI / Prototype.
- Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solutions.
- Know your customer's expectations and drive actions to meet them.
- Support Quality Management System.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Maintain documentation following ISO.
- Support engineers, technicians, and QC for QRQC action whenever issues occur.
- Handle daily & weekly FPY & OBA reports.
- Supervise OBA Inspectors for daily tasks, ensuring proper inspection results following IPC standards as well as customer requirements.
- Process GAP analysis for site documents following ISO.
Job Qualifications :
Education : B.A / B.S, B.Eng, or equivalent years of experience.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills : IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics components), knowledge of CAPA, and process audit.
Preferred Training : IPC A 610, Quality Management.
Job Competencies : Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team skills; good problem-solving skills.
