What you'll be doing

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function within the organization. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities related to employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, administration of day-to-day operations, and HR policies and reports to the VP of HR.

You will be responsible for...

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Administrative functions related to all employee benefits programs to include enrollment, change reporting, invoice reconciliation
  • Maintain company organizational charts
  • Manage Harassment Training Program
  • Monitor PTO and Accrual Processing
  • Update and create HR related forms as needed
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Assist with execution and tracking of performance management system
  • Administer the Service Award and Recognition Programs
  • Manage Employee and Job Referral Programs
  • Other duties, as assigned, on an as needed basis

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equal experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles (generalist or specialist).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
