Senior Project Manager - Transportation

We're currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you'll take charge of overseeing various phases of large-scale transportation projects, from planning and design to construction and right-of-way considerations.

Your primary objective will be ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget, and upholding the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to conclusion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and standards.
  • Supervise the preparation of engineering documents, reports, and technical materials.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Act as a representative of the company in various professional and community engagements.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proficient with MicroStation; OpenRoads Designer preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
  • Sharp critical thinking abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt to new concepts under pressure.
