Job Title : Program Compliance Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance across all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) projects.
The Program Compliance Manager will play a critical role in managing emergency services estimations, maintaining TPA systems, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all TPA assignments and project details.
- Ensure overall compliance with TPA requirements, including accurate data entry and documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all TPA programs, handling communication and relationship management.
- Provide professional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service management.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of general administrative experience.
- 2+ years of experience in emergency services.
- Strong knowledge of TPA software and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
