Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit im Tages- und Abendgeschäft
- Sicherstellung der hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Fachliche und personale Mitverantwortung für Restaurant MitarbeiterInnen während des Früh- und Mittags- bzw. Abendservices
- Vor- und Nachbereitung des Services
- Führung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung des Mitarbeiterteams
- Authentische, qualitätsorientierte und inspirierende Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste
- Vertretung des Restaurant Managers während dessen Abwesenheit
