Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing.

Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
