Administrative Coordinator - Brand Operations

General Summary & Scope

  • Organize and log brand submissions and samples while documenting feedback from core category teams.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
  • Maintain SKU accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and description changes.
  • Initiate and manage promotional offers in Promo Advisor, ensuring accurate SKU input and finalization with the pricing team.
  • Execute marketing sign requests, proof materials, and maintain organized product samples and digital assets for accuracy.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and coding changes for new and existing SKUs.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk tickets with proactive solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
