Ideal Candidate
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will have extensive CPG, retail, and foodservice experience with an ideal background that will possess a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple business units.
Multi sales channel experience including retail and distribution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the CPG, retail, and foodservice divisions.
- Optimize financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA expansion across all business units.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, retail operations, foodservice distribution, and finance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, retailers, foodservice operators, and industry partners.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction across the organization.
- Drive value creation through strategic initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, quality, regulatory, and retail standards.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team across all business units.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ YOE leading BU for food manufacturing companies
- Proven track record as a senior executive with significant experience in the CPG, retail, and foodservice industries.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes across all three business segments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
