Executive Assistant to Fundraising - $40/hr-$45/hr
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a temporary to hire Executive Assistant to support their busy Fundraising leadership in Arlington, VA!
About the Job :
- Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
- Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics : draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
- Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
- Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
- Track and prepare expense reports.
- Perform a variety of tasks and support the extended team as needed.
About You :
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting multiple executives are required for this role.
- Mission aligned with the organizations values.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with MS Office Products and Concur is required; must be tech savvy.
- Exceptional judgment in time management for principals in dynamic environments, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, improvise, and problem-solve while remaining composed.
About the Position :
- $40 / hr-$45 / hr while temporary
- $90K-$110K when permanent
- Work in a collaborative, mission-driven, and rewarding environment.
