Schedule : 3-5 Days / Week, Flexible Admin Day

Compensation : 285k base salary + Sign-On, Housing, Relocation

Low-Volume : See patients / day

Work-Life Alignment : 3 5 clinic days / week with a dedicated admin day; every 3rd week on-call for ED

Pathway for Leadership : Serve as Chief of Staff or chair hospital committee with additional compensation

ER Coverage : Low-volume, well-supported rural ED environment

No Procedures Required

Qualifications :

MD or DO degree from an accredited program

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine

Eligible for Colorado Medicine Licensure

BLS and ACLS

Current DEA

Spanish-speaking is a plus
