Youall need tohave

• DDS / DMDdegree active and unrestricted license in state ofWisconsin
• Clinicalknowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry including diagnosisand treatment of oral healthissues
• Desire tocontinue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs ofpatients
• Ability tobecome credentialed with dental insuranceplans
• The positionwill have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing jobrelatedfunctions; regular HIPAA training aligning with the specific roleand responsibilities will be required;

and the individual will needto protect PHI and maintain datasafeguards.
