MediaFuel is looking for a diverse freelance video shooter / editor / producer who will assist in directing, shooting, editing and producing video for our agency clients.

A strong online portfolio to your video work samples is required!

This unique position is responsible for :

• Direct, shoot, edit, and produce high quality creative videos
• Collaborate with the agency team to produce the appropriate video story telling solutions for our clients
• Production : lighting, audio, script, teleprompter, and shooting
• Post-production : editing; encoding files for use with editing for social content platforms including Facebook and Instagram
• Use After Effects and Photoshop to create animated graphics for video and static graphics marketing materials (optional)
• Drone operation

Qualified Candidates will possess the following :

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• At least 3 years of real world experience in a video production environment
• Have the ability to produce a variety of styles of videos and create innovative videos that communicate a brand style
• Excellent storytelling capabilities told through video
• Complete knowledge and ownership of the production workflow
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to keep projects on deadline and on budget
• Strong lighting and cinematography skills
• Excellent video editing skills
• Able to record clean audio and produce professional-sounding edits
• Static and motion graphics
• Drone videography a plus / licensed drone pilot
• Expert-level skill with Motion, or Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of video analytics, particularly video views and viewer retention
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Expert experience in color-grading, motion graphic animation, and typography
• Working proficiency with DLSR cameras, sound, and lighting equipment
• Working knowledge of script writing for short form or television video
• Able to work successfully both independently and on team driven projects
• High emotional intelligence - ability to give and receive specific, constructive feedback
• Ability to perform under time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to maintain organized project files and documented workflows
• A desire to help businesses big and small succeed
• A love for crafting stories through creating new, interesting visuals
• A passion for what you do
