Nannies + more ® International Atlanta is a Professional Nanny / Household Assistant with Meal Prep & Cooking Skills in Hoschton, GA.

Location : Hoschton, GA (15 Minutes from Chateau Elan off of Interstate 85 one exit North of the Chateau Elan Exit)

Children : 3 children - 3 1 / 2 -year-old Male, 6 1 / 2 -year-old Male in School until 1 p.m. and also a 16-month-old Girl

Employer / Parents : Father works outside the home; Mother works both outside AND inside the home in supporting the large family RAPIDLY GROWING business. VERY NICE PEOPLE!!!!

START DATE : ASAP

Will Relocate : The family will consider local to the Atlanta area; however, the family has a separate bedroom and bathroom suite in the basement for a live-in and would consider relocating someone who would live in;

also, the family is open to someone living during the week to make the commute (if any) easier on the Nanny / HA

Type of Assignment / Schedule : Full Time, Monday to Friday, 12 : 30 pm to 6 : 30 pm & maybe a few hours on Saturday and maybe a date night (40 hours guaranteed);

however, flexibility will be required, W2. Extra babysitting and any additional hours will be paid cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Live in or Live out : Live-out OR Live-in will consider either and will consider relocation for the "right" candidate.

Length of Assignment : Long Term

Overnights : Rare, if any, unless she just wanted to be in the Nanny's separate basement suite (bedroom and bathroom) that is in the house.

Weekends : Every other Saturday for a few hours would be ideal

Travel : Yes, some, more than likely to Costa Rica 2x a year for a week at a time - where the mother is from. Candidate must be able to travel.

Household Duties :

While the older two children are in school 5 hours a day, it is requested that the Nanny / HA help with the family + some household duties, in addition to helping the mother with the 16-month-old daughter who is very active, while the mother works.

Daily tidying, organizing, laundry, basic pet care, meal preparation, cooking, and assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and household shopping, as needed.

Both Mother and Father are very kind, have an understanding of a balance with real expectations (i.e. can't tidy or do household duties while caring for baby or other children), and "get it."

Seeking someone reliable, takes initiative, openly and kindly accepts direction, has a great attitude at all times, is highly motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, ability to multi-task, is passionate about their position as a Nanny / HA / HM has an excellent work ethic, seeking a long-term position, extremely energetic, consistently exhibits a friendly / happy professional personality, all of these characteristics are important to the family.

• grocery shopping
• prepare dinner for children and family & snacks and lunch as needed for kids
• meal plan for the week with Mother
• keep the house tidy (including sweeping, keeping surfaces dust-free, vacuuming, tidying up, taking out the garbage, cleaning up the kitchen, etc.)
• do laundry for household (children)
• iron, as needed (very limited)
• clean bedsheets and towels weekly (children)
• run errands as needed dry cleaner, pharmacy, etc.
• wait for deliveries and / or maintenance people who need supervision (HVAC etc.)
• special projects as needed (i.e. organizing closets, toys, etc.)

Professional Nanny Duties :

Seeking a Nanny / HA / HM that is ENGAGING, high energy, smart, sharp, able to work with children, fun-loving, patient, experienced in relating to the children, set in a fun, creative environment, providing age-appropriate fun educational learning, outdoor exploring, teaching the children manners as the children progress in age, etiquette, and consistently instilling compassionate / kindness / love into the children! The candidate must be warm, compassionate, and eager to help as an extension of the parents.

Driving is required to help transport the children. Swimming is preferred. Act as a team player assisting the parents to kindly guide the children, assisting with educational focuses, and managing school work / school theme days / projects.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of Professional Nanny / HA / HM experience in private homes; There will be cooking so the Nanny / HA / HM must be able to do healthy meal planning, prep, cooking, and clean-up.

There is also help with keeping the laundry going for the family of 5.

Required Language(s) : Fluent in English is a must; however, Spanish & English preferred but not required, as the mother is from Costa Rica originally and they would love to have the children learn Spanish early on as a 2nd language.

Benefits

Compensation : Excellent gross hourly rate at $36+- an hour based on the candidate's childcare experience, education & proficiency around in household work environments.
