Our legal team is seeking a Paralegal responsible for supporting our attorneys in various legal matters and assisting in the efficient operation of the legal department.
This is a hybrid role in our Scottsdale office.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, including, contracts, and agreements
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and other parties
- Manage deadlines and calendars
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in license renewal, compliance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
