Additional specialty experience may be required License : Current / active license as a registered nurse in the State, either Single State or Multi-state Compact Certifications : - Basic Life Support (BLS) - ACLS / PALS may be required in some practice areas Must-Have : - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Must possess a current BLS card from the American Heart Association prior to hire Job Description : Be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring patients, families, and significant others receive individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.

• Practice within a clinical environment supported by a professional practice model, using evidence-based practices and research.
• Engage in the Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care through effective partnerships, ensuring optimal patient care outcomes.- Provide documentation of patient care, engaging in diverse and inclusive interdisciplinary communication.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.- Engage in performance improvement, nursing research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
