Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare effective solutions to address plumbing problems.
- Communicate with customers, presenting them with various options for resolving their plumbing issues.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended solutions, including benefits and potential outcomes.
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks with precision and care.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Maintain organized records of work performed and materials used for each service call.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Job requirements
- Journeyman Plumber license
- Valid driver's license
- At least 3+ years of experience in plumbing
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
