As the Managing Director of the B2B Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our business-to-business operations.
This position focuses on day-to-day coordination with vendors and clients to expand market presence, foster strong partnerships, and achieve sustainable growth in a high growth organization.

Requirements
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand customer base and penetrate new markets.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Recruit top talent, develop skills, and promote professional growth to support organizational objectives.
Vendor and Client Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors and clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management
- Manage divisional budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures.
- Drive profitability through effective resource allocation and strategic financial planning.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations of the B2B division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and clients to manage projects, deliverables, and expectations effectively.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role.
What You Need
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B environments, preferably in high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience in tech sales, SAAS, and / or telecommunication is preferred.
- Familiarity with emerging market trends and technologies in the B2B space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
