Provide exceptional customer service to all jewelry customers. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items.
Responsibilities :
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry products
- Upsell additional jewelry items or services to enhance the customer's experience
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to upsell and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of technical aspects of jewelry sales, such as gemstones and metals
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with wireless or technology sales is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
