Job Description
- Project Planning : Define scope, budget, timeline, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Cost Estimation : Prepare and update cost estimates, analyze bids and quotes.
- Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternatives.
- Scheduling : Develop preconstruction schedules and coordinate with project teams.
- Contract Management : Assist in contract preparation and negotiation.
- Permitting : Oversee the permitting process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Design Review : Ensure design documents meet project specifications.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary contact for clients and provide updates.
- Risk Management : Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation : Maintain records and prepare reports for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years experience with a general contractor in an estimating or precon role
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
- Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
- Construction software proficiency
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
