About The Position

PharmD preferred- Completion of 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred- Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications is preferred Job Description : Lead and manage daily administrative operations to ensure the delivery of top-quality service in line with professional, regulatory, and governmental standards.
- Develop operational and financial outcome measures; establish tracking and monitoring systems to integrate into organization-wide quality improvement systems.
- Direct, implement, and assess the development of departmental, functional, and service-related policies and procedures.
- Proactively assess program effectiveness and regularly facilitate continuous process improvements.- Develop and supervise staff, providing feedback and utilizing Human Resource policies to ensure professional growth and performance standards are met.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems for efficient and accurate data capture.- Oversee purchasing and inventory management functions for cost-effective inventory management and timely pharmaceutical availability.
- Support staff professional growth by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities.- Prepare monthly reports highlighting progress, areas for improvement, and recommendations.
- Participate in departmental orientation, on-the-job training, and quality assurance programs.- Engage in educational programs to maintain skill and competency levels, discussing performance or training needs with Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as requested.
