Overview :
Due to growth, Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Sanibel, FL.
Staff-level PT and Clinic Director positions are available. Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available and is preferred.
Part-time candidates with a minimum of 25 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New-grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population :
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients for a general orthopedic caseload with some vestibular / balance, and post-op.
The caseload is predominately Medicare.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat approximately50 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation range for a full-time position will start in the ballpark of $75,000 per year and goes up from there depending on experience.
Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers offers a customized benefits package based on the needs of the candidate hired, common benefits may include medical coverage, dental coverage, PTO, holidays, and a bonus incentive program.
Work Schedule :
The clinic is generally open Monday-Friday : 9 am - 5 pm. No weekends, no holidays. Weekend hours or a flexible schedule may be available if preferred by the PT hired.

Job Requirements :
Eligible for FL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time, 40 hours per week are available. Full-time is preferred.
Part-time candidates with 25 hours of availability will also be considered.
PTs with an interest in managerial / clinic director roles are preferred.
