Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulationsManage payroll systems and implement enhancements for efficiency and data integrityProvide leadership and development opportunities for the payroll teamRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of payroll administration experience, with 5 years in a managerial roleIn-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsProficiency in payroll systems, with experience in UKG and Oracle NetSuite preferredKnowledge of G / L accounting postings and reconciliation between systems
