As the Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and developing tax staff, preparing complex returns, and maintaining tax compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare complex tax returns
• Work with clients to assess tax burdens and recommend tax planning solutions
• Ensure filing positions are consistent with good business practices and state / federal tax laws
• Research various tax matters

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of tax experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to :

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
