We are seeking a skilled team oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality care and promoting oral health in a comprehensive care setting.
- Duties*
- Perform dental cleanings
- Chart patient periodontal notes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Assist with dental charting and other medical documentation
- Work collaboratively in a dental clinic setting
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
- Proficient in digital scans, impressions and placing sealants.
- Skills*
- Proficiency in aseptic technique
- Knowledge of general dentistry practices
- Experience with medical imaging for dental purposes
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse patient population.
- Strong understanding of infection control measures
- Skilled in maintaining detailed medical documentation
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment
- Knowledge of general dentistry practices
- Experience with medical imaging for dental purposes
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse patient population.
