The role .
We are looking for a Vice President, ERP Sales ( to drive net new business ERP revenue. Managing a small but growing team of new business sales representatives within the region, you will have a clear vision for the region and the resilience, adaptability and creativity to achieve it.
You will be results and data focused, and will have a strong commitment to coaching and developing the team for success.

The role would be a great fit for someone looking to take the next step in their management career. The role is home based with national travel as required (35% - 45%).
The ideal candidate location would be the Central region of the , however you must live near a major airport.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience :
5+ Years of ERP Sales Leadership
10+ years Sales, Marketing & PreSales experience in enterprise SAAS software sales, highly prefer ERP experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities :
Lead, manage and develop the QAD ERP Sales team in the to generate new customer growth and cloud software subscription revenue from QAD prospects.
Strong understanding of sales methodology and processes.
Field-driven sales professional with experience in on-site customer visits.
Proficient in Salesforce.
Excellent presentation skills.
Experience with selling through curiosity or challenger sales methodologies. Formulate Challenger-based strategies and develop actionable territory and account plans to drive a qualified pipeline.
Support team with complex deals and key internal and external stakeholders up to and including C-suite relationships. Navigate situational ambiguity by applying critical thinking to multifaceted customer engagements.
Manage opportunity forecasting and funnel management and participate in executive deal reviews.
Manages sales directly to end-users of the organization’s products and is responsible for ERP segment on a national basis.
Work closely with various units throughout the organization such as Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Services and Support.

Compensation Package :
Base pay range : $185,000 - $200,000 USD Annual (12 Months)
Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
This position is also eligible for Sales Commission plan
