Since 1989, TNT Services has been a leading provider of comprehensive fleet vehicle services in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
We specialize in pressure washing for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles, Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing.
Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services to include commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee the sales growth of all operations across our five locations : Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Louisville, Kentucky.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales and marketing organizations within the company.
By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast for the teams, and lead the teams' strategies for success.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
- Provide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
- Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
- Provide forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations
- Build customer relationships through social engagements
- Travel to other locations 2-3 days per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
- 7+ years' managing teams
- Sales experience selling a service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with P&L budgeting and forecasting
- Valid driver's license
