The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs.
Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
- This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it.
- This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using ServiceNow.

Experience required :
- Experience with ServiceNow development and / or administration
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST SOAP and other APIs
