Job Description :
- Provide care to patients with common diagnoses, including cardiac disease, cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), respiratory disease, and renal disease.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 2 within a 6-10 bed unit.
- Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.
- Wear grey scrubs in compliance with dress code.
- Support medical / surgical units through floating as needed.
- Perform specialized procedures such as line insertion, chest tube placement, cardioversion, bronchoscopy, and management of Impella devices.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including specified holidays and weekends, ensuring high-quality care during night shifts.
- Engage in a virtual interview process for potential auto offers.
- Adhere to a 60-mile radius rule with consideration for local candidates at a reduced rate.
