Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes. The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and / or are bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali ). Hello from Kids First, We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$105,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
- For USA only Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re hiring BCBAs to join our team!
We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.
