About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 Experience : SNF Experience Preferred, New Graduates Accepted License : Must Be Legally Certified to Practice Certifications : COTA Must-Have : Resume and License Verification Required Job Description : - Facilitate patients' rehabilitation programs under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Assist in providing therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans. - Document patient progress and communicate changes or concerns effectively with the therapy team.
- Ensure the provision of care meets high-quality standards and compliance requirements. - Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs and capabilities.
- Engage with patients to encourage participation and motivation during therapy. - Follow established protocols for safety and procedures.
- Perform COVID testing 72 hours prior to the start date with results available 48 hours before starting. Applicants should ensure that all required documents, such as the resume and license verification, are attached when applying.
