INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) is a company that cares about its interns, employees, and clients-the mission of IABA is to provide high-quality ABA therapy across funding sources for autistic children and adults with developmental disabilities.
We know that mentoring interns creates high-quality therapists for our clients and invest time in teaching the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to our interns.
Undergraduate interns who work with IABA are not only completing an internship but investing in their future. ABA interns are more likely to be accepted into graduate school in applied fields with the experience they receive at IABA.
ABA interns who are not completing a master's degree after their undergraduate degree are more highly qualified for full-time psychology positions.
