Reports To : Program or Portfolio Director / Operations Manager
Job Summary :
Oversees all aspects of on-site construction in chemical plant projects, managing teams, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and quality project execution. Acts as the primary interface between project leadership and site operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed per design, budget, and schedule.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Implement safety and environmental policies on-site.Resolve technical and logistical issues to maintain progress.Report daily / weekly progress to senior project management.Qualifications :
Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).7+ years of industrial construction experience.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proven track record in large-scale chemical or process plant projects.Skills & Competencies :
Strong leadership and team management.Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong understanding of chemical plant construction standards.Ability to manage multiple contractors and priorities.High commitment to safety and quality.Languages :
Fluent in English
