The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a General Neurologist to join its outpatient multi-specialty practice in the new location in Midtown Manhattan!

This practice will be located on West 53nd Street and 8th Ave. Hell's Kitchen is a neighborhood that is considered to be bordered by 34th Street (or 41st Street) to the south, 59th Street to the north, Eighth Avenue to the east, and the Hudson River to the west.

Hell's Kitchen has become an increasingly upscale neighborhood of affluent young professionals as well as residents from the "old days.

Ninth Avenue is noted for its many ethnic restaurants. There are more restaurants and food carts and trucks on Tenth Avenue between 43rd and 47th Streets.

Hell's Kitchen's side streets are mostly lined with trees. A newer park in Hell's Kitchen is the Hudson Park and Boulevard, which is part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project.

Position Description :

  • Provide medical care in high-functioning outpatient environment

Compensation range from 220K to 260K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Position Qualifications :

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
  • Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital / community need.

As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.

The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
