Hourly Rate : $30-$31
Location : San Francisco, CA
Work Hours : Must be available to work 4 weekdays (9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM) and Saturdays (9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM). Flexibility is required to meet business needs.
Position Overview :
The Branch Services Representative acts as the key contact between members and the Credit Union, delivering exceptional service and fostering strong member relationships.
This role involves handling a range of transactions across multiple channels and providing information on various credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver top-notch service to members, volunteers, and both internal and external partners.
- Actively engage in branch, departmental, and company-wide meetings.
- Protect member and organizational information by adhering to confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Perform teller transactions with accuracy and regularly reconcile cash accounts.
- Address and resolve member inquiries and issues with precise information.
- Proactively recommend and offer products and services tailored to meet members’ financial needs.
- Gather necessary information from members to complete applications for membership and loans, ensuring all documentation is collected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member accounts and profiles.
- Assist with and conduct operational audits as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in banking or cash handling.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations.
- Experience with cash handling machines and familiarity with business software (MS Windows, MS Office).
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, holidays, and during overtime hours as needed.
Pay Details : $29.00 to $31.00 per week
