Overview :
Carl's Jr. is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a manager. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to start their career in the fast-food industry.
As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Customer Service : Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Financial Management : Assist in managing the restaurant's budget, including cost control, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Training and Development : Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications :
- Education : Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience : Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant management role is preferred but not required.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability : Flexible schedule.
Internship Program :
We offer a paid internship program designed for recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in restaurant management.
This program provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the fast-food industry.
Successful interns will have the potential to transition into a permanent management role.
