Odyssey FAK Managed Services (CTS) Capital Transportation Solutions LLC (CTS), a subsidiary of Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation (Odyssey), safely and efficiently handles over one million shipments annually for a diverse customer base of manufacturers, distributors, retailers, freight forwarders and intermediaries across all industry categories.
FAK stands for "Freight All Kinds".

In This Role, You Will :
- Work on an assigned customer base in accordance to the CSR Guidelines & department operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing Odyssey ShipRite Solutions customers.
- Review options to suggest the most efficient and cost-effective modes of transport.
- Coordinate shipments based on customer requests.
- Assist with problem shipments, problem resolutions, and customer issues.
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls that have escalated past the CSR / Tracer to reach a solution. If unable to resolve, escalate to Problem Resolution and Team Lead.
- Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, and upper management.
- Responsible for your daily operation and workload.
- Daily team assignments and timely work completion.
- Update and maintain shipping records in company databases.
- Maintain quality work performance and time management.
- Managing emails and assuring they are answered in a timely manner.
- Logged onto the phone and ready to answer calls in an appropriate manner.

Required :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record for maintaining customer accounts.
Location : This is a in-office role in Kennesaw, GA
