Position Overview : We are in search of an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee a team of 7-14 retail and internet sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess automotive industry experience, a proven track record of success, and aspirations for advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of automotive sales staff
- Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to surpass quotas
- Provide guidance to enhance sales performance and facilitate deal closures
- Forecast sales projections for upcoming periods
- Address customer inquiries and concerns as needed
- Conduct regular sales meetings and maintain CRM platform for customer retention and acquisition
- Uphold customer satisfaction as a top priority
- Prepare and present reports to dealership management
- Assist in trade evaluations
Qualifications :
- Previous automotive sales experience essential
