About this position
Proactively partner with business unit leaders promoting a positive labor and team member relations climate. Investigate, manage and resolve workplace issues in cooperation with leadership.
Assess and anticipate HR related needs. Serves as HR resources for leaders and team members regarding all business issues and initiatives related to human resources.
Ensures effective delivery of HR services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of professional human resources experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, to include employee / team member relations experience required. Leadership experience may be substituted for human resources experience.
