LeaderStat is currently seeking a Physical Therapist with Allied Health Physical Therapist experience for a(n) week contract in WI.

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
