Job Description : Senior Preconstruction Manager – Mission Critical

Location : Atlanta, GA (with travel)

Salary Range : $175,000 base + excellent compensation package

Summary :

The Preconstruction Manager opening is a key leadership role on behalf of a top-ranked ENR general contractor responsible for the strategic pursuit and successful preconstruction management of mission-critical projects, primarily data centers, ranging in value from $250 million to $500 million across the United States.

This individual will lead the preconstruction process from initial pursuit through design development, estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and ultimately the successful transition to the construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, exceptional client relationship skills, and a proven track record of securing and managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities :

Business Development & Pursuit :

• Actively identify and pursue mission-critical project opportunities within the target market (data centers).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and consultants in the mission-critical sector.
• Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages to secure new projects.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed of market trends.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic pursuit plans.
