The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of two years of lease-up conventional market experience in the multi-family industry within the last few years as either a manager or at a higher level.

Our Lease Up Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service.
They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it was their own investment to achieve company objectives, as well as financial and operating goals.
