Operating Room Registered Nurse – The Heart of Surgical Excellence

Located in scenic Alamogordo, NM, this 99-bed Level III facility blends advanced technology with a close-knit culture that values every nurse’s contribution. You’ll find a dedicated OR team that prides itself on seamless communication, shared expertise, and genuine camaraderie.

What You’ll Experience

Participate in a wide range of surgeries — general, robotics (da Vinci), orthopedic and total joints (Mako), OB / GYN including C-sections, podiatry, urology, pain management, and endoscopy.

Enjoy 10-hour shifts with a post-call day off to recharge.

Qualifications

At least 6 months to 1 year of strong OR experience (no new grads).

Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Verbal CPI certifications.

ADN, BSN, or MSN in Nursing.

Schedule & Structure

Shift : 4x10s, 6a–4p days

Call : 1 day per week, with the following day off

Weekends : Every 5th weekend rotation
