The Role : Associate Attorney
As an Associate Attorney, you’ll work closely with partners, other associates, and support staff, while receiving mentorship from senior attorneys.
You'll have the opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters and build your skills across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Prepare and argue substantive motions
- Attend hearings, bench trials, and jury trials
- Draft discovery responses and manage pre-trial preparation
- Handle and assist with appeals
What You Bring :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to the Georgia Bar
- 1-5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and document preparation skills
- Hardworking and driven, with a commitment to high-quality work
