We are looking for an organized, passionate, health and fitness focused individual to join our team and become the operational backbone at Andover Fit Body Boot Camp!
The Facility Coordinator plays an extremely important role, as they are the first person the client or potential client interacts with.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and a friendly, driven professional attitude.
In addition, this person works behind the scenes to keep the facility running smoothly and efficiently at all times. Our Facility Coordinators are vital components of supporting our mission to inspire fitness and change lives every day! !

Facility Coordinator
Part -Time (20-30 hours / week)
Starting Salary : Competitive

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following :
Enthusiastically greets each client and potential client using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the facility.
Provide excellent customer service on a daily basis, including, but not limited to correspondence in person, via phone, email and social media in a timely manner.
Provide assistance to clients and potential client requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies.
Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction at all times. Must be able to relate and understand the client’s needs and requests and ensures they are being well taken care of.
Ability to maintain positive attitude through unanticipated changes and able to adapt with resiliency to any situation thrown their way.
Performs all aspects of administrative duties such as processing memberships, referrals, EFT maintenance, rectifying unpaid bills, hold list, client attendance, and general maintenance of client accounts.
Monitoring and maintaining socail media accounts
Whatever additionally, is asked of you by your Supervisor / Facility Leader.
Skills and Experience :
Positive and passionate attitude about customer service.
Driven personality with attention to detail and a strong desire to go beyond what is asked.
Strong and confident communication skills both orally and written.
Extremely organized and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ability to handle high pressure situations and working under deadlines.
1-2 years of customer service experience
Sales experience is a plus
Interested in fitness, working out and maintain a healthy lifestyle
Figure it out mentality - we are a small company and pivot according to business needs. The person in this role must be on a constant pursuit for understanding systems and uses all resources to get the job done.
Pay will be determined by experience and qualifications for position

Schedule
Due to the nature of client schedules, we offer early morning and later afternoon sessions. Shift coverage will be determined during the interview process.
Our classes are currently scheduled :
Weekday Morning Coaching Shift 5 : 30AM - 10 : 15 AM
Weekday Afternoon Coaching Shift - 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 PM
Saturday Coaching Shift - 7 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 AM
