POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent with a primary focus on exempt and leadership roles. This individual will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop strategic sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You must be able to demonstrate success in recruiting for exempt, professional roles across multiple functions, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role success profiles and hiring strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional and leadership-level positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles using a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, niche job boards, etc.).
- Must have a proven track record of attracting passive candidates.
- Leverage market data and talent insights to advise leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate slates for every role.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador, representing the company at networking events, professional associations, and on social media.

Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and passive candidate engagement.Ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.Scheduling international time zonesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).8-10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 5 years sourcing and hiring for exempt, professional roles (e.g., Finance, HR, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Leadership).Scheduling international time zonesExperience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with applicant tracking systemsMust be comfortable giving professional pushback in a constructive way that preserves the relationship.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
