With locations at the Carroll County Regional Airport in Westminster, Maryland (Baltimore / Washington Metro Area) and York County Airport in Rock Hill, South Carolina (Charlotte Metro Area), Skytech is ideally positioned to serve the Mid-Atlantic aviation community.

Skytech Inc is looking for a Afternoon Full time Customer service representative at our Westminster location for the Monday through Friday.

This is a great opportunity for those with no prior aviation experience to learn about the industry and grow their careers.

Job Duties will Include :

  • Ensures aviation customers are provided the best possible experience.
  • Facilitates a welcoming atmosphere in the passenger lounge for customers, guests,
  • and vendors;
  • Schedules customer visits and coordinates customer requests with the appropriate
  • personnel;
  • Screens and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel;
  • Assists customers with aircraft catering, including :
  • Providing recommendations of local caterers;
  • Receiving and storing received catering in accordance with proper food handling procedures.
  • Ensures complimentary beverages and snacks are well stocked and available for customers;
  • Ensures passenger lounge equipment (furnishings, computers, printers, etc.) is well
  • maintained and requests servicing or replacement when equipment is worn or nonfunctional;
  • Assists passengers that require additional assistance on the ramp and in facilities;
  • Receives and processes mail and shipping;
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, photocopying, and proofreads letters, memoranda, and spreadsheets;
  • Monitors customer feedback regarding facilities and makes recommendations for improvement to the Operations Manager;

Qualifications :

  • Has 1 or 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and communications skills;
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • No prior aviation experience necessary!
