Responsibilities
- Client Consultation : Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored guidance and advice.
- Sales Generation : Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Presentation and Proposal : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and insurance proposals to potential clients.
- Policy Review : Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify additional insurance needs.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Insurance License : Possess a valid insurance license in the state of Colorado or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively communicate and present insurance options to clients.
- Positive Attitude : A positive and energetic attitude to connect with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet sales targets.
