Job Title : Press Helper

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Join Our Team!

We are currently seeking a Press Helper to support our flexographic press operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the operation of flexographic press machines.
• Read and interpret print tickets accurately.
• Support inking of ink stations and learn press setup procedures.
• Ensure high-quality production standards are met.
• Safely remove roll shafts and transfer film rolls to skids.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency.
• Clean ink stations and printing plates.
• Identify and communicate press-related issues effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
