Location : Pasadena, CA
Employment Type : Contracted by Procare Therapy for the 2023-2024 School Year
Work Schedule : Full-time (30-35 hours / week), Hourly
Caseload : 1 : 1 with a High School Student
Procare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.
This position is based in Pasadena, CA, and involves working with a high school student in a 1 : 1 setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide health services and support to a high school student on a 1 : 1 basis.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the student's health needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications :
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements :
- Updated resume / CV
- Valid LVN license in the state of California
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Contract Details :
- Employment through Procare Therapy.
- Hourly pay.
- Full-time position (30-35 hours / week).
- Contracted for the duration of the 2023-2024 school year.
