Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $155,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities :

Handling NYC based Landlord-Tenant court appearances and preparing predicate notices, including rent demands, termination notices, notices to cure, non-payment, and holdover petitions
Drafting pleadings in plenary actions for breach of contract / lease / guaranty
Drafting lease modifications, surrender agreements, and other related landlord-tenant agreements
Providing day to day legal advice and counsel to real estate operators of various asset classes with

Qualifications :

2-5 years of experience handling Landlord-Tennant / Real Estate Litigation Matters

Admitted to practice law in New York State

Juris Doctorate
